Yazılım Mühendisliği Bölüm Başkanı olan Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Meltem Yıldırım İmamoğlu; Hacettepe Üniversitesi İstatistik Bölümünde lisans, ODTÜ Enformatik Enstitüsü Bilişim Sistemlerinde master derecesini almış ve Atılım Üniversitesi Mühendislik Sistemlerinin Modellenmesi ve Tasarımı Doktora Programını tamamlamıştır. Kamuda elektronik ihale, IT denetimi, Bulut Bilişim ve birlikte çalışabilirlik konularında, yurt içi ve yurt dışında çeşitli konferanslara katılmış, bildirileri yayınlanmış, uluslararası kitaplarda makaleleri yer almıştır. Bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri sektöründe 15 yıllık deneyime sahip olup, ülke çapındaki tüm vergi dairelerinde uygulanan e-Teftiş projesinin teknik koordinatörlüğünü yapmıştır.

Starting to work at the University of Turkish Aeronautical Association in March 2015, Dr. Aktan received her primary education in London, England, her secondary education in Ankara, Turkey and her high school education in Sydney, Australia. She completed her BA in Finance and Business Law at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, and completed her MA in 2012 in the “Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia. She returned to Turkey in 2013. She completed her doctorate degree at the University of Turkish Aeronautical Association, Department of Business Administration. During his time in Australia, she held managerial positions in various sectors for over 9 years. She is also a Member of the Board of Auditors at the Finance Association.

After graduating from Gazi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Banking, Adnan Güzel, PhD, received his Master's and Doctorate degrees from the Money Banking Department of the Social Sciences Institute of Istanbul University.
He worked as an Inspector, Manager and President in private and public banks for about 27 years. Actively traded in money and capital markets, regulated and coordinated the buying and selling principles of investment products (stocks, government bonds, treasury bills, foreign currency bonds, eurobonds, repo, private sector debt instruments, bank bonds, mutual funds, futures, gold). He founded and managed investment centers and investment funds, and served as the chairman of the fund board for about 20 years. He worked in the field of corporate finance, carried out corporate management and investor relations, carried out portfolio management tasks of fixed income securities and stock portfolios and many mutual funds with different contents. As the Project Leader, he carried out the public offering of many companies, initiated the first company valuation, took part in the establishment of the Izmir Futures and Options Exchange, and took part in the commission established for the establishment of Product Specialized Exchanges. He was the coordinator of the Money and Capital Markets working group established under the Banks Association of Turkey and the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, a member of the Gold Working Group, and the head of the Securitization of Housing Loans working group, and was elected as an alternate member of the Ethics Committee of the Banks Association of Turkey. He took part in the establishment of many companies, established the first real estate investment trust company, and carried out control and coordination duties in order to ensure that 25 financial and non-financial Bank subsidiaries are managed in line with the principles of profitability and efficiency. 
In addition to his active duties at the bank, he simultaneously served as the General Manager of Vakıf Real Estate Investment Trust, Atakule Real Estate Investment Trust and Taksim Otelcilik for more than 4 years. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, Member of the Board of Directors and Auditors at 12 different financial and non-financial companies since 1996. He is still a member of the Board of the Turkish Institutional Investor Managers Association, the Advisory Board of the Investor Magazine and a member of the Finance Association. He has attended many trainings in the field of banking and finance at home and abroad. Capital Markets holds advanced derivatives and corporate rating licenses. For more than five years, he made comments on financial markets, stock market, Turkish economy and banking on TRT Television, 2 days a week every week, and his current comments were published on the TRT homepage. 

After graduating from Kuleli Military High School in 1987, Mechanical Engineering Department of the Turkish Military Academy in 1991, and completing his master's degree in Material Logistics Management (English) at Yeditepe University Social Sciences Institute in 2001, Dr. Kurt completed his doctorate in Gazi University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration in 2010 with his doctoral thesis titled “Kaizen Approach in Cost Improvement and an Application”.
Between 2003-2013, he took permanent undergraduate courses in the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering of KHO, between 2010-2013, master's courses as a guest lecturer in the Department of Materials Supply and Logistics Management of the Institute of Defense Sciences between 2010-2013, and between 2013-2015 at Başkent University Kazan Vocational School. He taught undergraduate courses.
In addition to the many certificates and course programs he attended, he contributed as a project member to the "Determination of the Sufficiency of Multiple Undergraduate Programs" project in KHO in 2011. He is also a member of the group called “Euro Special Interest Group on Cutting and Packing (ESICUP)” since 2010. Dr.Kurt, Head of Operations Research Department at KHO Industrial and Systems Engineering Department between 2011-2013, Başkent University. He also served as Deputy Director and Mechatronics Program Responsible at Kazan Vocational School between 2013-2015.
Joining the Turkish Aeronautical Association University with an assistant professor staff at the beginning of March 2015, Dr. Kurt's work focuses on logistics planning, operations, project management, and operations research.

Working as a Asst. Prof. Dr. at the Faculty of Business Administration of the Turkish Aeronautical Association, Elif Tuğba Şahin received her undergraduate degree from the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Gazi University. She completed her master's degree in the Department of Business Administration with the thesis she wrote in the field of marketing and completed her doctorate education at Hacettepe University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Business Administration.

Dr. Tuğba Yashin received her BA from Gywenedd Mercy College, USA, Department of Business Administration (2004), her MA from University of Houston, USA, Department of Business Administration and her Ph.D. from Baskent University, Department of Business Administration (2016). She worked as a financial controller and financial advisor in various financial institutions between 2006-2014. ShHe has been working as a lecturer at THK University since December 2016.

Hazar Emeksiz, who completed his undergraduate education in the Department of Political Science at Bilkent University in 2014, started to work as a Research Assistant in the Department of Business Administration at the Turkish Aeronautical Association in the same year. Hazar Emeksiz, who attended various training seminars and did internship in institutions such as the Capital Markets Board and the Strategic Research Center of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs during his university years, speaks English at an advanced level. He is continuing his master's degree in International Business Administration at Hacı Bayram Veli University. He is still working as a Research Assistant in the Department of Management Information Systems at the University of Turkish Aeronautical Association.
